Landlord Gas Safety Certificate

We provide Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s) to landlords and property owners. The Gas Safety Check will prove that both the gas appliances and gas supply at your property are safe. All our Gas Engineers are accredited and Gas Safe registered. If required, they can also carry out additional services such as boiler repairs or an annual boiler service.

​As a Landlord, you are legally obliged to ensure that a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) is in place annually otherwise you may be fined and/or prosecuted.

A Gas Safety Check will take approx. 30 minutes to complete. During this time the engineer will need access to the gas meter, boiler and all gas appliances that need testing such as cooker hobs and fires. A Gas Safety Certificate will be issued immediately upon a satisfactory check.
